4.6 Km into the trail you will arrive at Kinney Lake. From the 2 Km mark to here is still fairly easy with a few difficult ascents but nothing major and this point is easily reachable by the novice hiker. This shot is of the stream coming out of Kinney Lake that flows into the Robson river. It took us about an hour to reach this spot and there is tenting sites available here.

Ahh, Canada. No wonder the pics are so beautiful. Want to get back there some day. Been wantin to see Calgary. Been to Vancouver, Toronto and Winsor. Tell the border/customs agents to go easy on me next time. Driving back to the US side was soo unpleasant thanks to our american counterparts being rude obnoxious jerks.

Yes parts of Canada are truly amazing. I know what you mean about crossing the border. I had a similar experience after driving to California a few years back. Hopefully someday things will be better for those that want to cross the border and visit their neighbor. :)
