With the ice pretty much all melted on the river the water is flowing faster and is deeper. This allows for some pretty nice reflective qualities. This was taken just after sunset when the light was softer but still strong enough to create a nice reflection of the bridge in the river.

I like how the reflected sky appears brighter than the actual sky... :) Another lovely capture!

Thank you! The reflected sky is brighter because the sun is setting to the right of the camera and casting it's reflection on the water too. The camera is facing south.

Nice shot :) The other day, I was also taking pictures at that particular time of the day when the sun is behind the horizon, but when it still enough bright to have nice pictures. For me, it was just some shots of the street, park and river.

Thank you. You should never discount/discredit your work as being of the mundane or boring. It may be so for you but when you share it with others that have never seen the part of the world you live in it can be a wonderful thing. :)

Thank you :) I surely know that my world is not boring, but it's kind of mundane :) But I surely like to share my pictures with people. If not those ones that are close to me, they are not always interested in what I'm doing, at least with people from DA :) If you have some time, pass by my gallery, I'm going crazy with flower and nature pictures right now :P
